I can't fault anything. We were very much looked after the moment we checked in until we checked out. Friendliness and great staff are second to none.

Located a 13-minute walk from London Eye, Bankside, Autograph Collection features an outside terrace, restaurant and bar. Rooms were very modern and well appointed. Very clean. Beds comfortable - feather free as requested. Staff warm and welcoming. Location is excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Grocery, bakery and drug store right beside hotel

The Hoxton, Southwark is located by the Blackfriars Bridge in London, within walking distance from the South Bank and some of the main attractions of the city. My wife and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in London. The stay at Hoxton was an unforgettable experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and made us feel at home. In particular, we would like to thank the Italian guy named Francesco for his kindness, helpfulness, and professionalism. He gave us a lot of useful advice. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. We also had dinner, and we have to give our congratulations to the chef! The location of the hotel was great, close to many tourist attractions and well connected. In summary, we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in London. Thanks again to the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be back.

Located in a Grade II-listed building dating back to 1906, The Dixon, Tower Bridge, Autograph Collection is 300 metres from Tower Bridge in London. The location is very good and the staff is friendly and helpful.

With one of us feeling unwell due to a nasty cold, the hotel staff were really helpful and accommodating. The room was warm, quiet and very comfortable, and the free refills for the minibar helped ease the discomfort brought on by feeling unwell.
