Great location, short walk to pleasure beach and Coral island and so close to the promenade and trams for the Tower. Close the heritage tram stops for the illumination tours and loads of takeaways close by if you need them. Free parking was at the back so really easy to come and go. It was comfy and easy to sort out the extra beds to sleep us as a larger family but also to stow away for seating. It was quiet and we could even see the sea and lights a little from our window. Kitchen facilities and little table means you could self cater too but we chose to eat out. The owners were really welcoming and happy to accommodate us arriving late in a rush with 4 small children and heading straight out. It'd be superb in Summer too... we'll definitely be back.
