The fact we could get dinner as we wished till 10pm. The location of the property set back on a slight hill but walkable to the boulevard with entertainment.Good beds , clean classical room.. Enough parking next to hotel , safe. Restaurant , food was very good , also good value .

The princely court ruins and St Nicholas church are not to be missed. The centre is great for walking around and the market is a great place to grab a snack. We liked the Municipal museum too. We also enjoyed the Romanian food at La Costica where the locals gather. Curtea de Arges was a great surprise!

Great private parking. There is a restaurant that operated in the afternoon and evening, but we didn't eat there. We had the free breakfast which was fine. Our room was small but still had the feeling of spaciousness. We took the room with a balcony which looks over the garden and the restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The location is good to use it as a base for trips around : one hour drive to Olt Valley , 30 min drive to Vidraru Dam and Poenari Ruins and Transfagarasan Road.
