I had a long trip, I was very tired, and I had some issues with my debit card, but the staff was very kind and understanding. They helped me solve the problem, which was wonderful and allowed me to go straight to rest for my connection the next day. The drivers were also very kind and helpful. My stay was very pleasant, and I would definitely stay here again!

Nice staff! The elevator was out of order and they let us stay until it will be fixed so we will not need to carry the language in the stairs. Great location, very close to the air port

Jose was wonderful at the front desk. Everyone was very nice. Thank you

The service, the treatment and the breakfast

Room very clean and confortable for the price. Felt safe and would go alone again. Best deal in terms of price versus benefits if you are alone and want to experience and have all the time for train commute and don't want be in hostels. Is 10 min walk from train station but as it is close to a highway intersection, is very empty of people and high traffic at night coming back from downtown/beaches.

It was close to everything I needed

Clean and cozy rooms. The staff was very helpful while I had problem with car. Location is very good with stores and restaurants around. Looks safe, no homeless and suspicious people around.

Close to LAX,near of all or anyone needs , clean , beautiful staff, affordable etc

Location was great, near all the public facility

- Huge lobby with plenty of comfortable sofas, chairs, nice Christmas decoration; - Room was quite OK, simple, clean; - Entertainment options include golf zone, game room for families with kids; - Nice steak and pasta at Daily Grill, but their chicken wings were so-so; - Hertz office right in the lobby - you can return your rental car there; - Shuttle to LAX every 20 minutes; - A person who helped us to take our luggage to our room was proud to introduce his hotel, shared some personal story with us, and we felt very welcomed. I thought he is the owner of this hotel, who is helping guests in all possible ways.

Staff really pleasant and friendly food was excellent cocktails a delight

The location close to the airport and how good it works

Very convenient for overnight in flight conection. Shuttle service was great and were lucky didn’t had to wait either ways.

Really nice hotel with easy airport shuttle service. I arrived just as the shuttle left and only had to wait 10min for the next. Good breakfast as well (scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, waffles etc). The front desk was friendly and responsive. Refreshing night before my onward travel.

We stayed at Hyatt House LAX Century Blvd for one night and it was perfect for a quick stop. The hotel is very close to the airport, which made our arrival and departure super easy. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable — just what we needed after a long travel day. One of the best parts was the 24/7 airport shuttle, which made arriving and departing incredibly easy at any hour. A great choice if you need a convenient and comfortable stay near LAX.

Breakfast was good. The gym was great. Very friendly staff. Shuttle bus from and to the airport was great.

The avaion is a great place to stay. It's the best for the price as well as the service that is provided. I always feel at home when I stay and the staff are very attentive yet not abrasive.

Staff at the reception lovely man. Nice welcome. Thankyouuuuuuuu.

The hotel is close to intuit dome

Fantastic location- we were in town to watch the Packers play the Rams at SoFi Stadium- that was walking distance to the game. The staff at the front desk were all great- it was just the second day on the job for two of them and they were already pros and did a great job!

The layout and the location for what I went down there for

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

Clean, quiet, comfortable and friendly staff.
