Mulifanua (1.3 miles from Faleolo International Airport)
Located in Mulifanua, Transit Motel provides a garden. Featuring a shared lounge, this property also has a restaurant and an outdoor pool. The property was clean and tidy, same as our room was neat and big enough. The receptionists who were on the pm and night shift were not so good. Kept asking for my receipts as I knew they overcharged me with some costs. Their driver was awesome with another male staff. Receptionists need to improve their customer service as they will be the first impression for their guests

Nestled on a plantation among tropical fruit trees, Ifiele'ele Plantation offers seclusion and luxury, self-catering accommodations. It also features a swimming pool, tennis court, and BBQ area. Ifiele’ele Plantation is a really beautiful property. We stayed in The Villa & just loved it. The glass doors open out to a patio where you can sit, looking out over the beautiful pool & an amazing vista beyond. Perfect place to read a book & listen to the birds. Paul & Joan were fabulous hosts, really friendly & helpful but not the slightest bit intrusive. They made us feel very welcome.

All the staff were amazingly friendly and so very helpful. We arrived early at the hotel and our room was ready before lunch. We had breakfast included with our room and every morning we were greeted with Talofa and big friendly smiles. Freshly cooked omelettes, a big selection of everything and fresh fruit. Oh and I loved the panikeke! I even had them for dessert with ice cream after dinner. Nothing was a problem for the staff and they would always ask if we needed anything. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job of servicing our room everyday. The pool bar was great, we loved the Happy Hour! On our last night the restaurant staff sang a song especially for us and we were lost for words. What a lovely gesture. Reception staff and the porters were great and even the garden maintenance boys would stop what they were doing and say hello to us. I would highly recommend staying here and we would definitely come back.
Too far away from any attractions and other restaurants etc, so confined to the resort. Apia is 45 minute drive each way - no restaurants at Mulifanua, and no transport unless you hire a car ( mainly rent-a- bomb at full Aussie prices ) or take a taxi, so long as it's before 6 pm..
Host were very accomodating. We were able to get picked up from the airport then transferred to the ferry the next morning. Have stayed here several times great to see extention work being done. Handy for pop in stay or early morning flights or ferrys. We took an evening stroll to shops to get a few things for tea, met some locals too. My son even took a few scraps to feed the dogs. Thanks for having us looking forward to staying again and hopefully check out the new extention.
Friendly staff and atmosphere. Breakfast with Samoan flavors. Easy to reach from APW airport by public transport depending on running of buses. They have many DIY sightseeing options.
