Couldn’t get here for Christmas so I decided to take a quick trip to ring in the New Year with my family. Everything worked out perfectly I was able to book a really nice room. I rented a car but the hotel does have an airport shuttle. They also have plenty of choices for food both in and right outside of the hotel.

This is the worse hotel I've booked on this website and I travel frequently and this is my first bad review. This place wasn't clean and had roaches under the bed. The room is very small. the plus side is the staff is friendly police are frequently seen on the property, there is a stove and sink in room.

Wonderfully kept property. We were accommodated early check-in. I would gladly check out early too, to be able to come in at 1:00 instead of 3:00. All the staff were friendly and genuinely so. No phony smiles here.

Good morning, Last weekend June 14 through June 16 I stayed at your hotel in Glenburnie Baltimore Maryland. I checked in at 8 PM and was sent to room 127. Once I got to the room I saw they had been dried up throw up on the side of the bed. I went down to the front desk and reported it asking them to please switch my room. I was switched to room 235. That room seem to have been clean But the air-conditioner did not work. For the entire weekend it was extremely uncomfortable and hot. Sunday morning I went down for breakfast and The bathroom and pool area was trashed. Dirty diapers in the bathroom stalls, toilet paper and cans of soda everywhere. I came down for vacation and this was not a pleasant experience for me. I was informed to reach out to corporate and let them know about my experience. We booked the hotel principally because we wanted a somewhat upscale experience close to the airport. The reception area of the hotel has great presence, and the room nicely done, but lacked the wow factor for the price point in my opinion. Something in the room set off my allergies making it difficult to sleep, but I loved the convenience of utilizing the airport shuttle to catch a flight.

It did want it needed to do. I stayed there for a short sleep. They took us to the airport and brought us back. There was a crappy boxed breakfast. It had no protein. A bagel, two small muffins and a Sunny D to drink.
