When we arrived, we were very tired, and I had made the réservation for the wrong date. Mathias was very understanding, behond understanding, and he accommodated us. Very kind and very attentive to our needs. The same for the concierge Kyle. He gave us bottles of water, and sent us a little refreshment to our room. Although we are clients like every clients, we felt privileged.

I stayed in a bright and stylish 2 bedroom apartment with very nice furnishings and everything was well stocked. The ocean view was really a sight to see each evening. Grocery store just a block away and staff were friendly and attentive. I visit Vancouver frequently and Luxestay has apartments all over downtown so I am looking forward to my next stay.
