It's located in an amazingly convenient spot, right next to Sonandanga Bus Station (maybe a 5 minute walk). It was a great jumping off point to Bagerhat and the Sunderbans. The facilities were amazing, very clean and comfortable, and the AC was strong and welcome relief to the heat outside. The staff were easy to communicate with, and very accommodating and helpful.

Despite the location being away from Kolkata (closer to Kalyani, the food at the restaurant is very tasty. It takes some time to be delivered but this is an opportunity to have a casual conversation. They also have cars on hire. We had booked a deluxe room with a request for an extra bed but the room was very small. And when they did not offer a bed but a bedding instead, we expressed our disappointment. The staff despite the late hours of the evening moved us to a three bed room which was exceptional. Very spacious and comfortable.
