Mini split in every room, which you really need when it only gets down to 80 as a low at night. I cannot recommend Rua Hotel anymore highly! Thank you so much!

This town is fairly characterless, with one, long central road through without any obvious centre. Taxi fares while cheap, did vary quite a bit, leading to some unpleasant moments when we felt overcharged.

We were just travelling through Piura on our way to Lima.
We were just travelling through Piura on our way to Lima. We only stayed one night. I do not know much about the area, but we got in after dark and still were able to order food on PedidosYa and get money out at an ATM. The chinese food we bought was not so great (very oily), but that was my only complaint.
