That was my best night's sleep in a very long time. The toilets were spotless and well-maintained. The staff was very kind and super responsive. The location can not get better it's literally in the airport. Loved the app as well. Very convenient.

We stayed here due to a long layover of over a day. It's perfect for those occasions. The airport is literally just across from the airport terminal, and the lobby has an escalator that connects to the train station under the airport. Rooms are nice, the front staff was kind to upgrade us to a family room. Breakfast was pretty good, omelet bar, good selection of various cheeses, meats, fruits, etc. The rooms are also amazingly quiet, never once heard a plane or car despite the room window facing one of the main airport roads.

There's no direct dealing with any kind of reception staff, the only people you might meet are the ones who clean the rooms. The password for the Internet Wi-Fi was on the notice behind the front door for me. Within walking distance of Kloten railway station (don't mix up on return journeys with the one called Kloten Balsberg!) but you can actually walk from the hotel to the airport. Quite a lot of us did that, you start by crossing the street from the entrance towards the walking path which is signposted which is just diagonally across the street. It would be easier to catch a cab from the airport the first time or at night (my driver preferred cash so it's handy to have some). Lots of bus stops even closer than Kloten but I personally didn't use those

Just a 5-minute drive from Zurich Airport, this first class hotel offers 3 restaurants and a fitness center. Zurich’s city center can be reached in a 10-minute drive. Location was great. Close to KEF. Easy to find. Staff were very nice. Beautiful suite. Hi tech bathroom accessories but figured it out.
