During this activity, you’ll participate in an obstacle course in Parque Nacional Peneda-Gerês (PNPG). You’ll cross eight suspension bridges under a canopy at a height of about 10 metres from the ground.
Through this adventure, you’ll explore the natural side of Lamas de Mouro and have the opportunity to overcome any fear of heights. You’ll also get the chance to test your agility and balance while climbing, abseiling and completing the circuiting.
To round off this experience, you’ll slide down from an altitude of 80 metres at the end of the course.
