Just metres from the sea and offering easy access to the beautiful sights of the Lake District, Bay Villa offers sophistically included bed and breakfast accommodation.

The lady that received us and took care of us is the nicest, most welcoming host we’ve ever met. The room was just marvellous. we didn’t really want to leave the premise at any point. It’s actually 10x better even in real life than on pictures. Breakfast was incredible too. 100% worth every penny and more.

In southern Cumbria, Birchleigh Guest House in Grange-over-Sands enjoys a coastal location just 2 miles from the Lake District National Park.

I appreciated that the hosts were happy to adjust the breakfast time slightly to accommodate our start times each day. They were friendly and helpful.

Located in the quiet village of Grange-over-Sands on the edge of the Lake District National Park, Somerset House is just 3-minute walk from the promenade at Morecambe Bay.

We had a wonderful stay. Marvelous host.

Grange Boutique Hotel, bed and breakfast a Grange Over Sands

Just half a mile from Grange-over-Sands Rail Station, The Grange Boutique Hotel offers free parking and a central Lake District location.

The suite was spotlessly clean, very spacious, well equipped and had a sauna and jacuzzi! Eclectic interior design done very well by the owner who was very helpful. The included breakfast cooked with obvious care was excellent.

Witherslack Hall Farmhouse, bed and breakfast a Grange Over Sands

Set in Grange Over Sands, Witherslack Hall Farm provides a garden and shared lounge. The accommodation offers free WiFi. Witherslack Hall Farm house has an onsite Horse riding centre.

Location was idyllic, views from the room and front of the farmhouse very stunning. Warmly greeted on arrival and made to feel at home right away. Room was perfect for needs, already knew that the bathroom was shared so that wasn't a problem. Offered excellent advice on local pubs and restaurants and drives out into the Lakes. Farmhouse advice was particularly handy as had to leave early on last morning. Thank you for a wonderful stay, will definitely return if back in the Southern Lakes.

Coffee & Stays at Cartmel Square, bed and breakfast a Cartmel

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Coffee & Stays at Cartmel Square features accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi.

Fantastic bed and breakfast in the epicentre of lovely Cartmel. Communication with Rachel prior to arrival was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, both the public areas and the room in which we stayed. The room, recently re-decorated, is as comfortable as it is beautiful. Modern bathroom, super comfrotable bed, tea kettle/espresso machine - who needs more? Breakfast was stellar, be it the full English or the continental. We'll be delighted to come back and we thank Rachel for making our weekend in Cartmel special!
