I have stayed in Benidorm approx 8 times. This hotel is by far the best one I have stayed in and now I'll stay there in future visits.Location firstly but hotel was bright and airy. Big bed clean and breakfast was included. The breakfast was amazing and brought to the table. Nothing was too much trouble at the reception desk. Called a taxi several times for us. Always friendly and accomodating.

The staff were great all of them. The room was ok but very dated (tea or coffee facilities would of been nice). Clean bit old toilet in our room (208) very tight to sit on. To the owner.....spend a bit of money on the place and yes I'll stop again and tell others to

The place is full of some of the worst people Britain has to offer. The food is truly awful - don't trust Google Maps reviews, they aren't written by sane people. Had a "3 course meal" as part of our package that consisted of a watery pint, one onion ring and mozzarella stick each, a criminally undercooked small slab of beef and then a shared tiramisu. The meal was the worst 3 course meal I've had in my life, but was about as good as everything else in Benidorm.

Benidorm has a reputation for the lifestyle you can have if you want it.
We wanted some of it but ventured further away a couple of the nights for a change, so enjoyed how flexible it can be to suit everyone’s tastes. And I mean everyone’s!!!
Location we stayed was easy access to the beach, lovely restaurants, and night life.
As the saying goes One size fit’s all.

Think of Benidorm and drunken excess and all day and night...
Think of Benidorm and drunken excess and all day and night revelry can spring to mind, and yes, that's all there in the "New Town / Strip" area if that's your thing or you just want to party non stop ! ...... but if you want all the same thing and more, but a lot more restrained and definitely much quainter, but still with a mix of nationalities and very much more of a Spanish feel, then the Old Town will be for you.
Its streets and alleyways are bustling and lively with every kind of bar and restaurant you could wish for, and yes, all open til the early hours, but its much more "civilised" for want of a better word, Stags and Hen do's tend to favour the "Strip" area up in the new town, and if you're after that non stop party attitude and thousands of young ( and old ) people letting not just their hair down ! then the Old Town may not be for you? but if you want a more upscale and traditional (but equally vibrant) way of life give the Old Town a go, I guarantee you will find much there to love, no matter what your age .... and if all else fails, just walk along the promenade with its many many bars and eateries until you reach the New Town at the other end of the beach, either way you have the best of both worlds, it just depends on what you are looking for ? that said you can party just as hard in the Old Town if you know where to go, its just not in your face 24/7 !

The old town was spectacular.
The old town was spectacular. Lots of charm and plenty good restaurants and small tapas bars
The new town was good during the day but, come the night time it was not very enjoyable as there was people on every corner trying to push Charlie (drugs) it was slightly off putting as there was lots of family's with children in the area.
I will be going back again later in the year and I will be staying in the old town. But, I will spend time in the new town during the day.

Don't believe all you hear about Benidorm.
Don't believe all you hear about Benidorm. Yes there are lively areas if you choose to visit them, but would you believe the front is basically empty by 10pm.
It represents extremely good value for money and visits to Albir, Altea and Finestrat are a must.

The hotel is in the perfect spot in Old Town Benidorm. Tapas Alley is only a couple of minutes away and there are beautiful beaches either side.
The hotel reception staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Its a small hotel and they even remember your name which is unusual.
They gave us a free upgrade on arrival so we ended up with a large rooftop terrace which was perfect for watching Benidorm's Fiesta Fireworks.
I would definitely stay here again if in Benidorm.
We were two couples travelling to Benidorm from Murcia for New Years...The hotel staff Emilio & Maria made us feel so welcome from the start, like we were friends they had not seen for ages. Breakfast and the morning staff were excellent, good range of continental breakfast super coffee and freshly squeezed orange Juice. Location was excellent in the Old Town. These staff went above and beyond, all of them a credit to this well run small friendly hotel
Alicia could not have been more helpful from booking (and then amending) my airport transfer to all the check in details with photo instructions sent before my arrival. The location is on a quiet street but bang in the heart of old town.
I would definitely stay in this hotel when coming back to Benidorm. I was on the first floor in room 1 facing the front of the hotel.
Easy check in, and 2 lifts available for our room on the second floor. A quiet hotel on Avenue Mediteraino a great place to watch the world go by. Approximately 5 minutes walk to the Old Town and the same to the Benidorm strip. Room was a decent size with all the usual facilities. Breakfast was plentiful with a variety of choices from cold, hot or continental.
the property was in a really good location in the middle of old town benidorm the beach is within a few steps. the hotel is basic but it had everything you need for a break away. the full board option is great. food was nice.. all the staff were friendly . the room was clean. i would stay here again..
