loud music from the 80´banging like a disco even at 4 oclock in the morning, wat`s the point ? Torture the payng client to be sure they will never come back? If the strategy is to atract 80`music loverr with hearing loss, better suit would be a mountain cabin, full of drunks.A nightmare hotel.

I'm an art museum junkie. I spent two days at the Prado and two days at the Museo Thyssen-Bornemisza, as well as one day at El Escorial. I took a memorable side trip to Toledo and spent two days just wandering around Madrid, soaking it up. Hotel Miau was within walking distance of most things I wanted to see and came with a buffet breakfast.

Madrid is a lively city, streets are clean and feels safe.
Madrid is a lively city, streets are clean and feels safe. It has great museums to visit as well as beautiful parks and lots of green spaces to stroll on. Plenty of places to eat at and great shopping areas like the Gran Via and Sol. It's very easy to get around on the Metro and buses and cheap compared to London.

Excellent city for a short trip, like 4 to 7 days.
Beautiful sites, the royal palace, amazing museums, great food ,
Lively city, Plaza de Mayor, Sol, Gran via, Mercada de St Migeul for food.
Beautiful Churches and cathedrals. The metro is great to travel within the city with reasonable prices, definitely cheaper than other cities in Europe.
Lovely day out trips like Segovia, Toleda and Escoreal.
Definitely worth visiting city.

Having been on the French route of the Camino de Santiago we saw many cities. After our Camino we continued our travels and saw a few more cities which included Madrid. Madrid was not a favorite. We felt that it was on the dirty side with visible litter throughout the streets and on the crowded side as well.
There were other cities in Spain that we absolutely loved( Logrono, Burgos, San Sebastián) and therefore had a great experience overall.

Madrid is an amazing place to visit.
Madrid is an amazing place to visit. Highly recommend visiting El Retiro Park. It has wild Peacocks and Cats roaming around. As well as some beautiful fountains. The food was amazing, lots of variety and seafood. Wine and other alcoholic beverages are cheap! The bakeries were amazing as well! The Metro and bus systems were super easy and convent. They take Apple Pay or you can get passes in the stations.

Madrid offers different things for every different taste.
Madrid offers different things for every different taste. You will always find something to do. Unique gastronomy, nice people and a thousand places to go or things to do. It's very pricey so you have to check out for offers. The 19th century houses of Salamanca, Jerónimos and Chambers are the most beautiful houses in Europe and still ignored by the tourists along the El Capricho Park which is a gem of the British landscape gardens in southern Europe.

Excellent location to visit Madrid city centre with its historic buildings, restaurants and parks.
The room was very well-appointed. A bit cramped around the wardrobe area.
Whole hotel was lovely with unique decor. Turn down service was a treat. The pool was not open in March - not sure we were made aware of that. Helpful, welcoming staff.
Overall, certainly recommended.
This used to be one of my favourite hotels in Madrid.
The hotel is perfectly located close to Metro and city centre, ideal for airport transfer and walks around the city. The beds were comfortable and the room was large and clean. Price wise is acceptable for a central hotel.
The cleaning staff and the lady at the reception were amazing.
Very good hotel for a weekend break in Madrid. Location is half way between the airport and city centre. The area itself around the hotel is ok. There’s not a huge amount to do or amanzing shops, but there’s a few patisserie’s around. It is 20 minutes on the metro to the city centre.
Ideal place for visiting Madrid: city centre, all famous places are in walking distance, shopping mall in front of hotel, huge amount of cafes and restaurants around
