The staff were wonderful, cheerful and helpful. The location was perfect, just outside the beautiful park that leads to the town center. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and makes you feel as if you are royalty staying there. Our room was spacious and beautiful.

The staff were absolutely fantastic - able to help and even use their phones to translate from italian to english for us. The rooms were cleaned daily with towels being replaced everyday. There's a gelateria down stairs thats absolutely amazing as well as a sparkling wine shop and probably the best pizzeria in all of Parma - Emiliano's. It's located very close to large malls like Centro Tori and Euro Tori as well as a supermarket store called Aldi's a short walk over - making this incredibly affordable as you can live and eat like a local. Bus stop is right outside the property as well making it very easy to get a bus and get to the city center - about 13 mins by bus.
Ideally set in Parma, Bellacorte Gentiluogo per Viaggiatori has an à la carte breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property.

Sleek, modern building, tastefully decorated, manned by charming and helpful staff, in a great neighborhood, marred somewhat, in my opinion, by lack of facilities such as bar, in stocked minibar, paltry provision of toiletries, and very irritating shower that could not be contained despite constant effort, and dumped water on the bathroom floor during each use.
Centrally in Parma, NH Parma is next to its train station. Rooms here are modern and the property offers a fitness center and free Wi-Fi throughout.

Beautiful room and very convenient to the train. We walked to nearby shopping and tourist sites. Their was a bike rental shop near the train station also.
Top notch staff. Samuele at the front desk was very helpful making recommendations of what to see, shopping, dinner, etc. Had an Aperol Spritz at the bar before our evening walk. Yummy!
Breakfast was amazing! Will stay here again when in the area.

Perfect place to break up the long drive south. The hotel was pet friendly and there is plenty of parking space. I had a very comfortable stay. There is also a very good seafood restaurant on the premises.

Beautiful city. The park was nice for a stroll, the Palazzo della Pilotta complex extraordinary - we allowed a few hours but could have spent the whole day there. For us the highlights in that complex were the theatre, the library and the Bodoni Museum but the art galleries were also wonderful. We didn't have time to include the archaeological galleries. Probably the best museum we have ever visited. The cathedral was also awe-inspiring. Having spent so long in the museums, we ran out of time and couldn't see the monastery or the Baptistry. I think two full days would be needed. We ate in a couple of places around the Palazza della Pilotta - the cafe facing the square for breakfast and the laid-back bar / pub OsteMagno to the side (twice because we enjoyed it so much).

Parma is a smaller less touristy city than its neighbour Bologna, which for me made it a more authentic place. Obviously the food is a big draw and everywhere we ate was superb.
It is also a good base to visit other places in the area, even as far as Milan, as the railway links are exceptional

Liked the fact that we didn’t have the massive people walking thru the narrow streets and tours as does a town like Lucca. Train station is easy and not massive crowds. Terrific restaurants that are not overly crowded. Wouldn’t spend more than a couple days. Just a great town to feel like you are a local person.

Wonderful food, best salumi and parmegiano anywhere, magnificent landmarks and cathedrals, museums, universities ... and a general feeling of warmth and liveliness. Urban gem.
So much to see, eat, and do. Shopping for those who love it. Friendly streets and alleys. Multi-generational families and healthy communities.
This is our third visit and we will return.

Parma is a charming city with wonderful things to see, including the Duomo (Cathedral), Baptistry, Teatro Regio, and the Pilotta and Toscanini Museums.
The food is excellent, with many opportunities to sample the famous parma ham and parmigiano reggiano cheese, both of which originate from the area,
There are great restaurants and cafes/bars, and many pedestrianised areas.

Hotel was very close to main train station. Staff were so kind and friendly. Room was so clean, beds are comfortable. In bath there were Rituals shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. Lobby is so beautiful for relax and there is a free water with fruits and vegetables which is very nice act of hospitality. Pool is warm and clean. Everything in this hotel was more than I expected. The best hotel in Italy I have been to. Definitely would love to stay at this hotel again and would recommend to everybody.
The location is marvelous as it is in the heart of the city.
It is not a large hotel and it has a nice informal but still very professional style.
And the breakfast is extra ordinary with 'peronalised' food, including the parma ham and cheese.
The room and bathroom are not luxerous, but very clean and comfortable anyway.
And the bed was excellent!
The room was a good size as was the bathroom, the food in the restaurant was delicious and staff very friendly. Hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Nice little pool area .Location perfect for central Parma
We spent the night at the hotel before the sport event in Parma, hotel provided everything we needed. Even the later check-out, thanks to the staff.
I have really enjoyed the design of the hotel.
Very nice and clean hotel with friendly staff. The location is just perfect, right near with all sightseeing in the center of Parma. I would recommend it!
