Breakfast was family style with a choice of fresh jam, fruit, eggs, a variety of breads and delicious coffee! It was served on a lovely back porch with a background of birdsong. We also opted for dinner which was also wonderful. I highly recommend you do that, as well. The pool was refreshing, rooms and beds very comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Beautiful Pitigliano was a short distance away. But best of all was the warm welcome from Francesca and her parents. Best place ever!

This is probably the best agritourismo that we have stayed at. Such a beautiful property surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. The rooms are large with a beautiful outdoor patio all adjacent to an inground pool. The villa is family owned and operated. Excellent breakfast served by Marco and his wife Lucilia, and we were always greeted with a smile. Their hospitality is exceptional. The dinners were so good, one better than the previous night. Everything is made on site by Laura and her daughter Lucilia with produce from their garden, olive oil from their groves and topped off with organic wines from their vineyard. They should publish a cook book.
Bio eco Vacasa is only a 5 minute drive from Pitigliano and a perfect location for exploring Meremamma in Tuscany. We will definitely return to this lovely agritourismo. Thank you Marco, Lucilia, Laura and all the staff.

We liked EVERYTHING about this unit. We booked this suite at the last minute, and the hosts still met us 5 mins later! They were so accommodating and so helpful!!

Delightful apartment with a gorgeous view! Provided everything we needed. Very comfortable bed, very hot water, close enough to walk easily to town, yet silent at night with just the birds in the morning.
Beautiful Etuscan town that can be done in 1-2 days.
Beautiful Etuscan town that can be done in 1-2 days. It is a walkable town and amazing views of the town from the lookout. There are ample cafes and restaurants and the artisan shops are worthwhile visiting.

We spent quite a bit of time in the old synagogue & learning about the history of Pitigliano. We ate at an amazing restaurant at the back of the main square - quite expensive but lovely friendly service & superb food. We had a minor issue with car parking & in fact were issued a ticket by the local carabiniere. They were very sympathetic to our misunderstanding the restrictions, but couldn’t revoke the ticket as it had already been printed. That said it was less than 30e so we factored that into our trip. Future travellers make sure you check parking out. You can only get around on foot as the village is quite compact.

We travelled to Pitigliano for a long weekend in February. The town is lovely and well-situated as a base for local travel. We had a car; not sure how well one could get around with public transportation. The restaurants that were open were all very good, but many were closed for the season. It was nice not having a deluge of tourists to deal with, but later in the year when everything is open would probably be a better time to visit.

The picturesque town of Pitigliano is a perfect base to explore Tuscany. The old town has charming and beautiful buildings, artisan shops, a cathedral and a synagogue, and the Via Cave is perfect for an interesting country walk, with lots of history and stunning landscapes.

Pitigliano is 100% worth a visit and you have to explore the Vie Cave nearby. Good restaurants and bars for a nice aperitivo.
Parking is paid in the blu outlined parking spaces or free in the white ones (both in the new part of the town).
Sorana and Sovrano are also worth a visit either by a hike, bike ride or just a short drive.

One of the many beautiful borgos (Historic town centers) of Toscana with interesting thematic trails of the Etruscan and nature heritage around the town. If you are in good physical condition, do not miss at least some of these trails, which are adventurous also for children.

The apartment is very spacious and located right in the heart of Pitigliano. Lots of restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood. Parking was available here and there. Sometimes free or sometimes at a cost (although low). We had a wonderful stay here and it might be the most beautiful town we’ve ever visited. The hosts were incredibly kind and were able to accommodate our need of super late check in (sorry about that). I’d truly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!
A wonderful comfortable place to stay. Clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The host was so helpful and gave us lots of recommendations which were so good! Pitigliano old town was a 5 min walk from the house, which had private parking and which was also a 2 min walk from a supermarket. The etruscans trails were amazing and e easily walked to them from the hpuse. It's also only a 25 min drive to the famous Saturnia Hot Springs which we loved.
very nice people, great service, a wonderful and relaxing environment in nature, still very close to Pitigliano and other spots. nice regional dinner at the premises on demand, lovely cooked and served.
Nice room, we had a very big and wide open suite. Really 😊
