We had a warm welcome and comfortable stay: perfect location - close to town sightseeings and restaurants, grocery shop around the corner, private parking, tasty breakfast, and pet friendly. Worth to mention (as it's always very important to me): hospitality of the owners' family and their lovely dog. We'll definitely stay at this hotel again.

Superb location… Great breakfast selection for any taste, American and Continental. Excellent selection of fresh fruit, juices, pastries and local cheese selections. The staff, breakfast, parking, and walkability to Old Saluzzo were all amazing. This is a great property and it not only met, but exceeded our expectations. Marco and his staff did everything to make us feel welcome and enjoy our stay. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was quite enjoyable. And being able to walk to Old Saluzzo was great.
Once a 15th-century convent, San Giovanni features a picturesque courtyard and ultra-elegant rooms with large windows, free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs. It has a quiet location in Saluzzo center.

The Hotel is located in a 17C monastery where the dining area is its cloister. It’s in a quiet location and the food is good and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was great and we had a balcony wth a lovely view of the adjoining church which is directly accessible from the cloister. Parking at the facility is generally available.
Lovely old property about 10 min walk from town
Comfortable good sized bedroom and bathroom, very comfortable bed, all very clean. Our room overlooked the grassed courtyard which was lovely. Very quite in all areas of the hotel both inside and out.
Excellent breakfast which could be eaten outside.

A little secret gem, of a hotel in an amazing little town. Staff were exceptional. So welcoming and accommodating, and that went for everyne we met there. Food and wine, was amazing! And nestled close to the Alps. Spectacular! Opera in Saluzzo Opera School - Icing on the cake!
Location was perfect only 10 min walk to the historical centre. Plenty of parking. Host/hotel owners were very friendly and welcoming and helpful. Comfortable good sized rooms and excellent breakfast and evening meal. Also good value. Would definitely recommend.
