It was n a convenient location. Was very clean and had everything we needed. We liked the restaurant recommendations provided and took advantage of a couple of them and were very pleased.

Very modern. Only 10 - 15 walk to city center port. Five minute walk to guarded overnight parking lot. Good breakfast that was different every day. Antonio and his staff were very pleasant and helpful. Trani is a beautiful and historic town with fewer tourists than elsewhere in Puglia.
This was my second time in Trani. It's a lovely town with a lot of character.
There are many great restaurants in the town, to suit every budget.
There are many chic stores and the whole town exudes elegance. The park, at the end of the marina is a lovely place to spend an hour under the shade trees. There is a great little bar there, a perfect spot to enjoy a glass or two of wine.
Trani is a step back in time : stores still close from 1pm until 5pm and the locals are friendly and helpful.

Trani is a wonderful seaside town in Puglia.
Trani is a wonderful seaside town in Puglia. The Romanesque cathedral and Swabian castle are a must-visit. There is also a typewriter museum worth checking. A walk around the port and the centro storico will complete a very pleasant stay here.

We found Trani to be an excellent starting point for our trips. We chose not to stay in Bari, preferring the authentic atmosphere of a smaller city. Trani was a great choice. We took longer trips to Gargano, Vieste, and the beaches there, as well as to Bari, Monopoli, Castel del Monte, and Polignano a Mare.

Trani is a jewel on the Adriatic with an incredible history .. Trani was a major trading center due to its position on the Adriatic . They wrote the first European marine code in 1107 (or around that date ) The houses are beautiful all sunwashed different colors. Everyone seems happy and relaxed . They are happy to help you find where you're going,Oh and the food ? You can eat very well for very little . Also I never saw a homeless person , or a policeman or heard a harsh word from parents to children between couples. The beach is the best . I never realized how much I hated sand . The white pebble beach is perfect, clean, nothing sticks to you like sand dies and the water?!. The water is warm , and welcoming not salty like California
The port is also beautiful with fish caught and brought directly to the port restaurants where you eat fresher than fresher than fresh . I could go on , the cathedral, the castle but see for yourself!!

The host was very accommodating.he let us store our luggage and drove us to the train Station. The bed was very comforable. The room is spacious and in a beautiful old building. It is one flight of steps up to the hotel and there is no elevator, but it’s not difficult.

Trani is a fabulous town, a must visit if you are in Puglia.
Trani is a fabulous town, a must visit if you are in Puglia. Trani has loads of different restaurants and fabulous clothes shops. Try to have dinner on the Port of Trani and watch the fisherman bring in their catch and sell it on the side of the port near the Cathedral of Trani. The terrace bar at the Ognassi Hotel is very special and totally worth a visit too.

A family run B&B , right on the port of Trani. They take pride ensuring that we the customer is satisfied. Always in contact , giving directions, Providing information. Room was quaint with nautical theme. Very clean & comfortable. Breakfast supplied - asked our preference for savoury or sweet. We were driving and they kindly forfeited their free parking for us, then assisted us with our baggage.Lisa and family are the real and we highly recommend them
Everything one can expect from a 4-star boutique hotel plus its unique location and the more than reasonable price make Palazzo Filisio THE place to stay when in Trani. Add to the above a fine dinner at its excellent restaurant and a wealthy breakfast with local products and you'll get an unforgettable stay that you'll remember forever.
Nice property, light and airy. Open outlook from the 2 balconies. Very comfortable for our stay. Claudia was very helpful with our needs. Close to the heart of Trani which is a lovely town
