Excellent location, very friendly and helpful owner. Clean, good sized unit with a verandah with a sea view. A tiny bit dated but great value for money.

Airlie Beach is very pleasant. The Local Authority has gone out of their way to maintain the lagoon and park areas.
It would appear most trips around the area could be arranged from central Airlie Beach. So if one had accommodation close to Airlie Beach central one could do almost anything without having to have a vehicle, although taxis appear to be quite common.
We were staying at Cannonvale visiting family so we were not looking to do normal tourist things although one cannot help observing what others are doing.

We enjoyed walking along the board walk to other sections of the area. The weather was exceptional and the views amazing. It was easy to walk to the end of the drive at the hotel to pick up our transport for an all day tour by Sea Link Ferries to the Whitsunday islands. I think it is advisable to have a hire car to access other parts of the area as it is quite spread out.
Beautiful location clean sandy beaches clear sea . Has large artificial beach and lagoon pool which is used for swimming because of the risk of jellyfish stings between oct and may .Interesting shops and markets on Saturdays where local crafts and produce sold. . Fabulous tours of Islands from Port in Airlie Beach . Good selection of pubs and restaurants

Just a great place to stay when visiting Airlie Beach.
Just a great place to stay when visiting Airlie Beach. Close to restaurants and shops, and not to to far from marina for snorkeling trips. Host was nice and the apartment had everything we needed or wanted.

Book the tour to Whitehaven with snorkelling and lunch with ‘big Fury’ operators. Luke had great humour! The views are spectacular.

Our accommodation was close to shopping strip and beach.
Our accommodation was close to shopping strip and beach. Views around Airlie Beach spectacular - with turquoise waters and pristine beaches. Lively night life for younger people rather than older people and families but still plenty to do. Lots of tour operators on the main shopping strip with a wide variety of activities - scenic flights, rafting, trips to various Whitsunday Islands etc. Nature walks also on offer with good descriptions of distance and level of difficulty available. Not a secluded location - developed for the tourist market but something on offer for everyone. Accommodation ranges from caravan parks to 5 star.

If you’re looking for a resort with incredible views in the heart of Airlie, look no further. Situated only a short walk into the town centre and super close to one of the best restaurants in town (Sorrento’s). The hotel itself was very clean, with spacious rooms, gorgeous views, daily house keeping and wonderful staff that were friendly and very accommodating. I highly recommend Drift Spa for a massage- 10/10!
Staff very helpful and friendly and very good quality/ price rate. Affordable accomodation in Airlie Beach, as most of the accomodations are expensive and the place is quite average, so I find that paying big amount was not worth it. That’s why I chose Kipara. The hotel has also a very good kitchen to prepare dinner. The WC was OK. The Whitsundays are very nice, but Airlie has nothing much.
What a location! Views went forever absolutely stunning. Reflections is up a very steep hill but was still accessible for us to walk up and down. We did sometimes get a $10 taxi back up the hill. You can also join the Airlie Beach Hotel members for free and they will shuttle you for free.
The location is superb and the finishings make you feel like you're in a luxury location, and not in the centre of the party atmosphere of Airlie Beach, as it really does feel like an exquisite boutique hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating
