The view of the ocean was spectacular, and the room itself was impeccably designed and well-equipped, offering everything I could possibly need for a comfortable stay. I would also like to extend my sincere gratitude to the front desk staff. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. From the moment I arrived, they made sure I felt welcome and at ease. Their attention to detail was exceptional, and they took the time to ensure all my needs were met with patience and care. It really made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience here and will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. Best Western Plus Hotel Ilulissat features a fitness centre, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Ilulissat. This 4-star hotel offers room service and a tour desk. We are BW platinum and do very few reviews but this hotel earned one -- outstanding! Breakfast buffet excellent, views beautiful, the overall experience wonderful - a very pleasant rather luxurious stay in a rather remote village.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They were always making sure everything was ok. The restaurant manager greeted me and made sure I was really happy...just because. I felt like I was in a 5 star hotel with the treatment they gave. Was completely unexpected. This hotel is a nonprofit hotel too! The manager upgraded my room without me asking or expecting it. The room was lovely and comfortable. Very very clean and nice bathroom. Was nice and relaxing.

For example, my suitcase did not arrive, and the staff were really helpful in making sure I could get to the right shops to buy clothes.
