The hotel is in a beautiful location, the rooms are brand new, and the mattresses are incredibly comfortable. Despite the cold December in Ilulissat, we stayed warm and cozy in this comfortable hotel, with an excellent breakfast and a great price. The young woman at the reception was very friendly, and the airport shuttle was very convenient. It's a shame we couldn't try the restaurant, which has great reviews, as it was closed. I hope to return one day.

The rooftop bar provides unimaginable view to the city and to the icebergs passing by the bay of Ilulissat. The room is clean, comfortable and spacious. The bathroom is also clean and well equipped. WiFi, USB charging is available.

The owners were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay! The housekeeper was also very friendly and her work ethics are amazing! I also liked the fact that I could look out the bedroom window or lay down in bed and see the northern lights!

I recently stayed at this amazing hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The sea view room I booked was nothing short of breathtaking! The view of the ocean was spectacular, and the room itself was impeccably designed and well-equipped, offering everything I could possibly need for a comfortable stay. I would also like to extend my sincere gratitude to the front desk staff. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. From the moment I arrived, they made sure I felt welcome and at ease. Their attention to detail was exceptional, and they took the time to ensure all my needs were met with patience and care. It really made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience here and will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. The modern Hotel Icefiord is located 200 km north of the Arctic Circle in western Greenland, 1 km from Ilulissat town centre. It offers a hotel bar and rooms with a flat-screen TV. We liked everything! The staff was very friendly, The room was very clean with an amazing view on icefjorrd. We arrived at 6am and check in should be at 3pm. Our room was ready so we could go in and we could also have breakfast, which was delicious ! We loved to stay there.

HHE Express features accommodation in Nuuk. This 3-star hotel offers a tour desk. The hotel has family rooms. Staff was exceptional nice, warming and efficient. It is probably the best reception staff I have ever met in all the years of travel. Rooms were spacious enough and the views were very nice. Breakfast was great and the daily dinner specials were superb value for money.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They were always making sure everything was ok. The restaurant manager greeted me and made sure I was really happy...just because. I felt like I was in a 5 star hotel with the treatment they gave. Was completely unexpected. This hotel is a nonprofit hotel too! The manager upgraded my room without me asking or expecting it. The room was lovely and comfortable. Very very clean and nice bathroom. Was nice and relaxing.
