The decor was beautiful, it was fresh, clean and welcoming. Staff were all really polite and helpful. The food was outstanding, breakfast and dinner. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. The bathroom was great, spacious with available surfaces to put belongs on. It was a great location for the Dublin tour buses, airport and so much more.

The room was very spacious for my family of 3 with a double bed and a single bed. Washroom was also spacious and clean. It's just a 5 mins walk from River Liffey and approximately 20 min walk to O connell street and other attractions. There are also cafes and supermarkets nearby for our convenience. The staff were friendly and gladly obliged to put requests like sending up an additional desk fan for the room.

FAQs about hotels in Dublin

Great History, Greenery and Pubs

Dublin is home to more than a quarter of the entire Republic of Ireland’s population and was originally founded as a Viking settlement. A lot has changed from those Viking days, and Dublin is now famous for its literary history and the most green-spaces of any other European capital, making Dublin a real Irish gem.

Dublin Castle is at the heart of the city's history and Trinity College holds the renowned Book of Kells, a beautifully illustrated manuscript from circa 800 AD. The Ha’penny Bridge is the city’s most photographed landmark and the statue of Molly Malone celebrates the heroine of Dublin’s unofficial anthem.

Dublin is home to many important literary figures including Oscar Wilde, William Yeats, Samuel Beckett and George Bernard Shaw. As the famous location of James Joyce’s “Ulysses”, the city offers tours tracing the protagonist’s footsteps.

Being one of the most youthful European cities, Dublin has a vibrant nightlife scene with the popular Temple Bar area and plenty of bars and pubs, which invite you to stay out until the wee hours of the morning.

The Dublin Airport is the gateway to your Irish holiday, so whether you’re looking for a stylish hotel, a self-catering apartment or a trendy hostel, Booking.com has a perfect deal for your Dublin trip.

We love the music scene, the restaurants and the museums in Dublin. I recommend these restaurants: Sole (seafood), The Tomahawk (steaks) and La Caverna (Italian) and Pichet (continental). The trains, buses and taxis make it easy to navigate the city. Be sure to visit Howth while you are there.

We loved the National Museum--Archeology, walks along the river, some great meals, and a marvelous day trip out to Howth on a double-decker and a long cliff walk. Gorgeous. We were lucky with the weather!

One of Europe's great, historic cities that's far too overlooked. Dublin offers so much for the traveler, with a rich history, art, and architecture. Don't forget the St. James Gate Guinness factory, which holds a 9,000-year lease! A free pint is included with your entry, and you enjoy it looking out over one of the best views of the city of Dublin available! Do not miss that!

    Travel links are excellent.

Travel links are excellent. We ended up in a hotel a distance away from centre but on the airport road so had, at least, 4 buses. We took the Dart to the seaside town of Howth. We had excellent food. A bit pricey for food and drink, but depends on the area. We did open top bus to Guinness Storehouse tour (which was excellent) and then hopped back on. Shops are great too!

Full of life & energy. The people of Dublin are so friendly and helpful. The city centre has a lot to see and do, all the usual tourist attractions. However, the city itself is truly beautiful, boasting amazing architecture and lovely green spaces to relax in. The craic is mighty and it's so welcoming. Highly recommended.

There is pleny of shopping and museums if that's what you're looking for. I personally am a country person, I prefer hiking and the great outdoors. This city was a bit too crowded, driving was insane, and it wasn't the cleanest city.

Top Class Experience. Comfortable Bed and Immaculate Condition of Room. Welcome Drink is a Nice Touch. The Best of this Hotel is definitely the Location though. Can't be beat at all in Dublin City Centre. The Breakfast was Perfectly Cooked and Delicious. I do question the Herby Sausages for Breakfast though. They're very tasty, just not what you'd expect for Breakfast.

We loved the character of this hotel, not your boring sterile hotel that you see everywhere. Great car parking and about 20 min walk into Dublin City centre. We enjoyed the bar and had a lovely lunch there, would recommend! The staff were really nice and couldn’t have been more helpful. We will definitely be back again!
