Breakfast was terrific, as was the breakfast room staff. Room was exceptional. Cleanliness was very good. As we traveled with a small dog, pet friendly policy was essential.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Check-in and out was very smooth. I used the room as a base for my stay and didn't spend a lot of awake time in the room. It was perfect for my needs.

They approved my late arrival + l thought everything was fine till l got there. I want my money returned to my account. A very unsatisfied customer. I contacted u threw ur app + nothing has bin done. I liked the personalized treatment, which started from the moment I entered. When I gave my name when checking in, I was greeted with, “Welcome. You’re coming up from Maryland!” The rest of my stay was just as pleasant. It reminded me of the friendly and efficient service that companies like Disney Cruise Line shows their customers. I also want to give a shoutout to the Valet staff—they were always super fast.

I love exploring what Ithaca and the surrounding area has to offer every time I go to visit family who is going to school in Ithaca. I love outdoor activities and find there is plenty to keep me occupied with hikes, waterfalls, and the lake.

Ithaca was fantastic.
Ithaca was fantastic. I enjoyed shopping but when I got to Country Inn and Suites the pool was defunct and the sofa bed was filthy and unchanged from the previous guest. They would offer no discount for the defunct pool.

Ithica is all about Cornell University.
Ithica is all about Cornell University. Downtown Ithica has a pedestrian area known as The Commons with many shops and restaurants. Ithica is a hilly town with very steep streets. As a result there are two significant and scenic gorges that have hiking trails and waterfalls. The downtown area is flat. Parking on streets and in garages is free on weekends otherwise it is all paid parking. Parking on the Cornell campus is by permit only except in parking garages. The Cornell campus is very scenic. We dined at Collegetown Bagels, Trillium cafeteria on campus, Ithica Brewery, Maru Raman, and Yellow Deli. We enjoyed them all.

It is not the first time I have used this accommodation, although it is an old place, it was always clean, but this time as soon as I entered the room the smell of a dirty bathroom was unbearable. I tried opening windows and turning on the air, but nothing changed, I realized that the toilet was dirty with ease, I had to go ask to change my room and the second room did not smell like the first, but It did need more cleanliness in the bathroom and when I got up I found a cockroach walking around the bathroom. I feel sad can not return to this accommodation because it was very convenient for me, close to my son's school and close to almost everything

Parks, landscape and waterfalls are beautiful, too many to chose from for a short visit (we will go back)
Also worth a walk through the grounds of Cornell
bring comfortable walking shoes and see the sites
I rarely stay in low-priced motels, but this one exceeded expectations. I chose it because all the regular hotels in Ithaca were sold out or the prices had skyrocketed because of the Dead & Co concert at Cornell. Turned out, the parking lot was full of old dead heads in fancy cars. The location is very convenient to Cornell, the wifi was great, and the room was clean. For an inexpensive motel - it was a great choice. I"ll certainly be back.
The space was so beautiful and like a cozy BNB but with the cleanliness and space of a hotel. The staff were not overly friendly but still very friendly and gave great service. They were very communicative and I felt that they knew we were coming and were prepared for our arrival. Within walking distance of the downtown commons and restaurants and they have a great cocktails and seating to lounge. Overall a great experience!
Excellent design and Cornell vibe, comfortable rooms, good value for Ithaca, even during busy weekends, and a perfect location to walk anywhere on the Cornell campus (which is unheard of in Ithaca other than the Statler Hotel in the middle of campus). Extremely helpful staff who were super responsive for us on various special requests that we had...Really a great stay and highly recommended!
Decent location, even though a little further out of town than some hotels, but well placed for Buttermilk Falls. The room was clean and functional. The room was serviced every day, which makes a pleasant change since most hotels seem to have used covid as an excuse for not providing daily room servicing, which is just disguised cost cutting. And the huge king bed was very comfortable.
I honestly wasn’t expecting much for a pretty cheap room. We were touring colleges and just needed a room to spend the night but it was very spacious and clean. I’ve been to hotels for similar reasons for the same price and this is the best I’ve seen, staff was sweet as well. If we ever go back to Ithaca we’ll most likely be staying there for sure.
The hotel was located on beautifully kept grounds with ponds and gazebos. It also had a nice Spa and restaurant for breakfast on site. Trail for Buttermilk Falls was located behind the property. Wine happy hour was fun. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were beautifully decorated cozy and clean. Close proximity (10 mins) to downtown Ithaca.
Located in very quiet neighborhood. The hotel is well equipped and clean. Beds very comfortable the only challenge was they are very high so you need to use little stool which is in every room. Within walking distance (up the hill) you have a collage town With few places to eat out.
No parking! Room was fine. Bathroom doors did not offer much privacy and the bathroom was small. I have stayed at every hotel in Ithaca and with the exception of the Trip Hotel Ithaca, which is uninhabitable, this Hilton is the bottom of my list of places to stay.
The room and bath were clean. The bed was comfortable and décor was fine. I chose this room because of the flooring, no rug. I think it is more sanitary. We attended a concert at Ithaca College and this hotel was very convenient and provided easy parking.
The room is well equipt, very good breakfast includind ehgs, waffel, salad, fruits, yogurt, cirials atc. There was an additional free 17:00-19:00 nice meal.
Very nice hotel for families travelling Ithaca area.
The main bed was comfortable.
Clean hotel, friendly staff, and newly remodeled rooms. Nice breakfast in the morning. Nice perk they are pet friendly for a small additional fee( we didn't bring our dog, but nice to know we have that option).
Cayuaga hotel is very friendly and convenient for all guest visitors where there's nice comfortable rooms has swimming pools, recommended to my friends to visit and stay this hotel.
