Very good location, close to Piazza di Spagna. The rooms are in a place separate from the reception, but are very safe. Very good and modern decoration, meeting the 4 star standard. The hotel provides free water everyday. Staff is very helpful, providing useful information and shuttle services.

The staff is very helpful, they explained how to get to the most interesting places by metro or walking, also they recommended a delicious place to dinner. The room was clean and had enough space for our luggage

In a prime location in the center of Florence, Hotel La Gemma provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, private parking and room service. The attention to detail is spectacular. We really appreciated the small things; the welcome note and chocolate, the welcome Prosecco, the attentive response of staff, help booking dinners, turn down service. We felt extremely well cared for and we would come back in a heartbeat. We did not have time to fully take advantage of the hotel offerings as there was so much for us to see in Florence. The breakfast is so beautiful and the cocktails to die for. Returning to Florence would be in part enticing to be able to return to La Gemma.

Ideally located in Venice, Palazzo Keller has air-conditioned rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a bar. This 4-star hotel offers room service and a 24-hour front desk. A beautiful boutique-hotel in the middle of the city. The room was spacious and bed was very big and comfy. All the facilities are in good conditions. We enjoyed our stay here. We asked for a couple of vases for our flowers and the staff found them in a second.
