The room was big and had comfortable furniture and a comfortable bed, and it was authentically decorated which made us feel like we were staying at a castle. Furthermore, the room was nice and clean. It was easy to check in and out, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. We were very happy that we chose the King Charles hotel - we would gladly book again!
