The staff were so helpful. Nothing was a problem. Information, taxis, suggestions. Thank you, it was great. My room was decorated beautifully, the shower was hot with good pressure and I had plenty of space for me and my luggage. It's very close to the Old City and I felt very safe walking around in the daytime. I would definitely stay again.

Utrolig flott beliggenhet, med fantastisk utsikt over gamlebyen. Veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme ansatte. Flott turopplegg til Otavalo. Nydelig frokost i restauranten øverst i bygget, med samme fantastiske utsikt. Rommet lå vendt mot rolig bakgård, og vi kunne lufte hele natta, og samtidig sove godt. Noen av de beste sengene jeg har ligget i. Bildet jeg har lastet opp er ikke fra lobbyen, men fra frokostrommet.

All staff and family members were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts were great, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel is well located, in the heart of the old town.

The owners Blanca, Mario and their son Daniel were fantastic and carrying hosts. The room we stayed at was spacious, beautifully furnished and comfortable with a separate bathroom with a bathtub. The location is perfect for exploring the Old Town - walking distance to all the major sights, landmarks and restaurants. After a day of exploring Quito and surroundings, we had a glass of wine from Mario’s private cellar on the rooftop with the stunning views of the city. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Casa El Eden and would stay here again in the future!
