Booking was canceled our reservation but did not inform. We noticed this when we were check-in in to the hotel, but the manager of the hotel (unfortunately, I don't remember the name) solved the problem quickly and sent us to the H10 Hotel Villa Reina branch of the same hotel chain, and even she paid our taxi price.
