I had to rebook a reservation that was originally made with rewards points and the hotel staff went out of their way to treat me fairly to rebook my reservation. Once in Istanbul, I had an excellent stay upon arrival. Hotel is centrally located in a safe neighborhood and the rooms are nice with excellent beds. The cherry on top is the amazing Turkish breakfast the hotel offers - do not miss that. This is a great, comfortable, affordable hotel with a great location and great staff.
