Property info

Downtown Blue apartment is a fully equipped studio, located in a recently refurbished historic building right in the heart of Porto. Since it has been newly renovated, all the apartment is very comfortable, practical and modern. Its big kitchen has all the regular electrical appliances (stove, oven, microwave, fridge) and it also includes coffee machine, a kettle and a table for three. It is perfect for a quick breakfast but also for long and more elaborated meals, prepared with local products that can easily be found in the nearby delis and traditional grocery stores. Additional you can enjoy spending some time on the yard, having a meal or just look at the stars on a warm summer night! The living-room has a nice sofa, a cosy bench, table for four and cable tv with international channels; the bedroom, which has a small closet, a double bed and and little shelfs that can be used for extra storage. Finally the WC, like the rest of the house, is contemporary and very functional.

Right in the heart of the city, in pedestrian and trendy Rua das Flores, within Porto's World Heritage area and near S. Bento station, this cosy flat with free wifi is ideal for couples, family and friends wanting to discover Porto historic centre, downtown and the riverside at a comfortable walking distance.
