Extraordinary place with kind and nice owner who is always willing to help and take care about every detail of this property. This place is situated at the hill with great view to the valley which you can also see while swimming in the pool :) We were lucky and had great people accommodated in other apartments and spent with them funny evenings full of good wine and food. We will come back for sure!

Very nice and helpful host. Parking lot in apartment's object. Possibility to use a pool. Very tasty breakfast. Comfortably feeling in whole apartment. Clean rooms, bathroom. Traditional style of furniture. Very lovely area of Tuscany. Possibility to taste homemade products (olives, wine) You can walk 30 minutes down to the Pescia from apartment through forest hike and 40 minutes up to the apartment from town. You can use also your car, to get to the town, but hike is very nice adventure.

We stayed here in November for one week and it was everything we hoped and could wish for. Both the apartment and the surroundings are great. We traveled with our (hunting) dog and I felt comfortable having him off leash around the house as it's quite secluded and not on an ongoing road. The atmosphere of the house is wonderful, new but with lots of character due to the decoration, like wise the garden, with little spots to sit, plants everywhere and just super cozy. The bed is amazing and the hosts lovely, whilst fully respecting our privacy too. Having a well equipped kitchen was a bonus. The house really feels like coming home after having been away for the day (the location is perfect for trips, we went to Lucca, Livorno and Florence) and the airco works as heating as well so very comfortable warm in the evenings. If travelling to this region again, we will definitely return.

The best hotel ever, amazing view, delicious breakfast you can order whatever you want, so relaxing environment that I have never seen before, so kind and caring the owner and his wife I felt at home. The room was very nice and super clean ❤️

Amazing view, nice staff. Oil trees everywhere and perfect place for resting. Pool and wellness facilities are more than fine, but the SPA (jackuzzi, Sauna) is pretty expensive for 25 Eur/person. Based on the description if you stay at least 4 nights it will be free.
