Truly the best breakfast I have had anywhere I have stayed, many fruits, avocado, eggs, chapati or pancakes, coffee, tea, porridge … whatever your heart desires I’m sure you can find it in this incredible breakfast spread. I am backpacking and Kiwavi Home offers rooms priced within a backpacker budget. Simba is the manager of the place, and is a really kind and helpful person, he can organize cars and trips to the different sights to see in and around Moshi, and he can help advise you on how to do it yourself if your budget is limited and you prefer dala dala. Very friendly family home with excellent food. The host is very actively helping the community and it was a great honor for us to be staying with him and his family. On the morning of our departure we had a flat tire, but with Victor’s help all could be resolved very quickly. We are very grateful for his generosity and kind heart!

The breakfast was incredible, a choice or cooked sausages or samosas with eggs, toast, fruit, fresh juice and tea, coffee and milo. Well cooked for your chosen time and served in beautiful surroundings. Victoria, Emmanual and MJ were friendly, helpful and ensured my stay was A+. The day trips they offer were fabulous, with the Maasai village and Moshi market being my favourite. This really is the place to stay pre and post Kilimanjaro climb. It is quiet, relaxing, stunning surroundings and i had a thoroughyl enjoyable stay.
