Breakfast was very nice, with plenty of salty and sweet choices to get your hiking energy on a good level! Good location only a quarter of an hour walking from the city center and 25min from the bus terminal. Clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend as a base for exploring the Torres del Paine NP! Hosts were even so friendly to keep part of our luggage until after our O-hike!

The common area is nicely designed and the breakfast was also exceptionally great. Showers are clean, smell good and the towels are just sooo soft. I really miss the place and would have loved to stay more! I look forward to returning one day:)

This has been our favourite stay so far! Fabian was amazing, so welcoming and helped us practice Spanish as well as rides to town. The room was great, and there was everything you could want and more in the kitchen and the room, like coffee/sugar/sunblock etc.

The people who work at Hostal America are so lovely and helpful! They let us leave our bags for no fee while we did the w trail in Torres del Paine. They also recovered something we accidentally left and kept it safe for us until we got back from our backpacking trip. The breakfast is delicious and the room is very comfortable. It is also quiet and very close to the bus station, with the town center just a 10 min walk away.

It is close to the center and the shore. Owner is super friendly and welcoming. We arrived late (~10pm) and checked-out very early (~4am) but the owner welcomed as by himself anyway and made sure to prepare our breakfast as a take away. Room was very clean and cozy. Bed was big and confortable. Shower was hot and clean as well. We do not speak spanish but it did not cause any problems. Would recommend!
