You will stay in a Japanese home which offers unparalleled hospitality and comfort! The owner teleports in an instant to help you with any inquiry or question that you may have, will give you a short overview of Matsumoto and the surrounding areas and provide even more suggestions and where are the best spots to eat and visit depending on the season! He also took the extra mile to bring a translator device with him so communication is as smooth as possible. Everything that you need to do basic house chores is free of charge as long as he has it, oven, microwave, kettles, washing machines, dryer, TV, comfortable sofas, kitchenware, and etc., I felt so at home when I stayed here. (For the washing machine and dryer, you have to pay a couple of yen, around 100-400) What blew my mind the most is during at night, when you go outside the house at around 2-3AM the sky is just so full of stars! There's also a lot of crows in the morning so it's quite a show to behold. I would definitely recommend staying at this place, it's just a different wonderful experience in Japan where you stay and live like a local in the Japanese country side. Location wise is excellent as well as there's a mall called Aeon Mall just a few steps across, you can easily walk around from here to some restaurants, shopping areas and such, Nawate street is just a few walks away.

Aia, tasuta privaatse parkimise, ühise puhkeruumi ja terrassiga Guesthouse Kazenowa asub Asahi külas, 19 km kaugusel Jaapani Ukiyo-e muuseumist. it's located in Asahi Vil, beautiful mountain with streamlet nearby. Not difficult to visit as they provide pick up at Shiojiri train station. Owner (Wakuw and Ayano) who's switch their city life back into nature are so kind and give us very warm welcome. there is a camp ground nearby and we can have a short walk amidst the nature scene. if required. they can provide you breakfast and dinner that you should try as Wakuw San was a chef from Tokyo who back to nature life.

Hakuba Matata Lodge asub Hakubas, 44 km kaugusel Nagano jaamast ja 45 km kaugusel Zenkoji templist. Majutusruumides on istumisnurk. Majutusasutusest avaneb vaade mägedele ja aiale. Cam the lodge manager is an absolute legend!! helped us out getting to and from the lodge to the bus stop - breakfast was 11/10 and would happily pay money for the included breakfast we received, Cafe quality!!

Külalistemaja Minna Ühise puhkeruumiga majutusasutus no Ie asub Achis, Matsukawa Onsenist 27 km, Ouist 40 km ja Enakyo Imedemaalt 40 km kaugusel. I stayed 3 night and all was perfect, Emi’s family is so nice :) The guesthouse is very comfortable, there is an onsen area near the Achi village and if you want to meet people, this place is perfect ! I hope I can come back here one day!

Shioriya pakub majutust Naganos, 11 km kaugusel Zenkoji templist. Majutusasutuse läheduses on populaarsed huviväärsused, nagu Togakushi pühamu ja Kawanakajima vana lahinguväli. Absolutely everything. The kindest of the hosts, the room with futons and every amenities you would need, the location with a parking space and the house in itself which was beautiful. Would recommend 100%.

Mäevaatega Azumino Backpackers pakub tasuta jalgrataste, aia ja grillimisvõimalusega majutust umbes 29 km kaugusel Matsumoto jaamast. So relaxing and peaceful. I’ve had the most relaxing and restful sleep of my entire trip here. The host is too kind and helpful. She dropped us to the station and also took us to the nearest hypermarket a few times. She also made us excellent tea every morning. Their dog Kaku is another sweet and gentle soul to spend time with. The village itself nice. Ask for the map and explore the nearby towns. Also Omachi and Hotaka are close by. Lots of apple orchards in the area.

Shinazawa asub Nozawa Onsenis, 32 km kaugusel Jigokudani ahvipargist ja 41 km kaugusel Suzaka loomaaiast. Tubades on konditsioneer ja ühine vannituba. A lovely, clean, and simple pension with tatami/futons and the added bonus of toilets in each room, which many pensions don't have (they have shared toilets). However, the bath is shared and is not in the room, which is no problem! Plus nearby local free public onsens are wonderful. It's run by a very nice family, has a good location near bus stops plus is a short walk from the Karasawa lift (can ski from there to main areas and back). Breakfast was very tasty with a lot of variety and a mix of Japanese and Western options. Reasonably priced-- I would stay there again!
