This was the perfect location and setting to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The staff, in every department, are nothing short of excellent and we felt like family by the end of our stay. The Villa was exceptional; spacious, luxurious rooms and a private pool larger than some we’ve had at hotels! The resort infinity pool and all the activities on offer are super without making it feel ‘busy’. The spectacular towel displays for our celebration were second to none and had us rushing back to our room to see what beautiful creation they’d done next. 😍 Our waiter, in particular, Munir, was professional, personable and a joy to see at every meal. The staff were always smiling and happy, which tells you all you need to know. We would highly recommend this stunning resort and definitely plan to return with family.

An absolute wonderful place to unwind all was perfect and the staff were so helpful. Definitely a place to put on your list when in Lombok. Transport arranged by the owner from the airport plus snorkeling on the reef and a trecking trip. Both very professional and must do's also arranged for us.

Everything about the Chill Out Bungalows was great, the friendly staff, the ginger cat we named Gili that gave us lots of love on New Year’s Day (when we were feeling a bit delicate), the food, the location and the atmosphere was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The rooms were very clean, the bed was comfortable and the outdoor bathroom and shower were awesome! Breakfast was very good.It was only a 10min walk from the port and close to many restaurants. The snorkeling right outside the resort is very good, however there is no real beach, just a cement retaining wall with steps. The nicer sandy beaches are on the west side of the island, but the snorkeling is not good over there. It’s only a 5 min bike ride between the west and east side. Bikes are close and easy to rent from the resort. We organized a snorkeling trip for the 6 of us through Hal who had a business next door- he was great and was very helpful! I did 2 awesome dives with Manta. They were very professional and the dive sites were amazing!

my stay at 7seas cottages was the best, relaxing and clam one. the staffs were extremely helpful & kind. they got amazing decor and super clean rooms. the restaurant got the most amazing fresh food especially the shrimp salad was my favorite. they play movie every evening 7 pm by the beach and it’s just perfect for someone to escape from crowded, enjoy real nature. 🍃💕

Lovely staff. Nice and quiet pool area with a few sunbeds, a perfect place to relax on. Also, it is just a short walk to the ocean for nice snorkeling spots. If you want to explore the island you can rent bicycles easily on the hotel. The breakfast is served at another place by the ocean. But it was totally worth going there since the breakfast had everything - including nice coffee! You could also borrow the breakfast cafe’s sunbeds by the ocean during the day. The Wi-Fi was excellent and I could even have online meetings without a problem. Therefore this is also a nice place for digital nomads.
