The best hostel in the south-west, and possible all of Turkey. The staff is awesome, the location is great, the beds are clean, the showers are hot, and the place seems to attract the most awesome guests! Booked for a week, and had to extend my stay multiple times. :) Here's a recipe you can try in the kitchen: ##### Ingredients - 2 large eggplants - 6-8 tomatoes - 300g Beyaz peynir cheese - 3-5 garlic cloves - veg oil - salt ##### How to - Peel the skin off the eggplant. Yes, important, don't leave the skin - Cut the eggplant in ~1cm cubes - Heat up oil in a large pan, add eggplant, salt, fry on high heat - While it's cooking, cut tomatoes. Steer the eggplant periodically, don't let it burn - You should be able to add the tomatoes right away - Cook until the eggplant gets soft and tomato starts to fall apart, ~10-15 min - While it cooks, cut the garlic, add it at the end - Cut the cheese, add it to the dish, mix, and turn off the heat - Best served warm Don't forget the wash the dishes!

在居民区的一栋小楼，集市边上。巴士站步行过去十几分钟，到海边一步之遥，去哪都方便。有厨房，有带锁储物箱，收拾得很干净。host很nice，我到的那天快晚上11点半了，提前通知了到店时间，host一直在等待。临时行程有调整，host也帮忙协调了入住，没有收取额外费用。很满意，以后再来的话还会选这里。

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick. There is a kitchen with stove and kettle at your disposal, any groceries you can imagine can be bought in the nearest Migros or Carrefour stores (just a short 10-minute walk). The quality of Wi-Fi was good, even outside the hostel. So, it's a good choice for a stay lasting 2-3 nights.

The perfect place to rest,great location and tasty breakfast. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Also I would specially like to point out the bathroom, because it is very modern and convenient. In the teritory you can have lunch and dinner as well, the prices are not different from other places and the food is delicious. The most important thing that I would like to tell about is people who work there... Murat and his family are very nice,kind,friendly and helpful people who can help you at anytime. That's a really peaceful and quiet place where you can enjoy your stay in Turkish village.
