For us it was close to family, our reunion was in the middle of town, easy to find. Every thing is available close by. Loved the bakery, so many choices. Walking across the bridge right into town was fun, all those quaint little shops. It was altogether a great weekend.

Cycling trip doing two large loops originating in Campbellford. I'm a young 66 years old, and it was hillier than I thought. A few weeks later would have been ideal fall colours, as leaves were changing but still only showing muted colours. Area is convenient with adequate restaurants, grocery, and drinking establishments.

Campbellfird is a lovely small town which we have visited several times. Store owners and restaurant staff are all very friendly and helpful. This was a sad occasion for us as it was to attend a visitation for our friend who has died.

Clean ,quiet at night, bed comfortable, this used to be old cheese Factory and front is still under renovation. So you don’t have a polish look to it. I will recommend this place if you do not mind a rustic setting. I was visiting family so I didn’t take full advantage of what this place has to offer, like fishing, scenic river views if you go into the back yard., walks in the middle of town. I was also able to extend my day by a day as well. All in All, these accommodations suited all my needs. Al l

The apartment is comfortable and cozy. There is a full kitchen, and the host leaves food for guests to make a delicious breakfast (eggs, milk, bread, pancake mix, cereal, etc). The property is on the banks of the historic Trent River, and the Trans-Canada hiking trail is just a short walk away. In the summer months, many of the nearby towns have charming local fairs, so there is lots to do in an around Campbellford. We will definitely come back.

The Inn was very clean and comfortable. The beds are memory foam and very comfy. The property was large and right on the river. There were picnic tables and a dock to sit out by the river. All the rooms had a river view so doesn't matter which room you get. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend it to anyone if you're in the Campbellford area overnight. I will stay there again.

No breakfast and no facilities such as lobby and public washroom. Basically a Motel but location on the water is bonus.
