The hotel definitely needs to better train thier staff. I asked the receptionist to call my friend to go downstairs to eat breakfast. She said their phone system is down. I said can you ask one of the staff to knock the door for me. She said"you can knock the door yourself". I don't know what to say....Also, when i ate breakfast, I asked some milk and they said they run out of milk. I cannot believe that a big chain hotel like this does not have any milk.
The hotel is nice and has all the basic amenities. Although the breakfast in not included, but still good and enough for you to stay. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, and if you drive, it's okay to look around all place. Of course, all the staff were all very nice!
We have a big accident before we go to the hotel. Our car was broken and I told the hotel we can’t visited. I hope cancer the room. But the hotel refused very unkindly. This is the second time for me to book this hotel. I'm so disappointed. I will never book this hotel again.
We really liked the location of the hotel and the size of the room was decent. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel was easy to navigate. We also appreciated the sushi restaurant on site.
The breakfast looks good but I am gluten free so therefore I could eat anything at the hotel, just a fruit cup. It would have been great to see cereal or bread labelled gluten free.
Location, pet friendly, parking with a trailer, outside entrance, comfortable bed, room temperature just right, very quiet and the complimentary breakfast outstanding.
