It was designed and close to what we wanted. It was well equipped inside the hotel room and we enjoyed it very much.

Friendly staff. Complimentary glass of champagne on arrival. Comfortable, cool rooms. Great location near to Metro station so access to rest of Paris is good.

..... only that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Not sure if this is not the done thing in France but missed a cup of coffee first thing before going down to breakfast.

It was refreshing to receive a welcome drink on our first evening's stay - this set the tone for the evening whilst getting our bearings on where to enjoy a meal out.

Breakfasts are good. Rooms are clean.

If you don't know French don't even think about this hotel. Staff are
not helpful at all (I don't know how to emphasise more on this!). Rooms
are small.

The decoration was beautiful and trendy.Very clean and quiet area

The rooms where pretty small for a four star hotel. The hotel is far away from the main areas

Very friendly helpful staff. Made us very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Nice clean room, lots of room and good facilities. Welcome glass of Champagne was a nice touch.

Toiletries and glasses covered in plastic in the bathroom were very old fashioned and i would not expect to see this in a hotel of this standard. I think they should be more upmarket and chic. This spoiled what was a lovely bathroom in all other respects

The hotel, itself, was very quaint inside and clean. The breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

There were no wash cloths in the bathroom and the no shower curtain but a partial piece of plexiglass. Water spilled out from the open side. They may want to invest in a regular stationary "shower head". This hotel may be fine for europeans but not from someone from the states.
