Walking distance to places

Clearer guidelines in English, difficult to work out what you were getting for what you paid. No help with tour literature in English. Price of sandwich in bar "over the top".

Close to metro.

When asked how to go to CDG airport, do the transfer metro stations have escalater of lift, wrong info and answer, with 2 large luggages, almost impossible,I iwould have find other method of transportation. Secondly, I booked a room for 3 persons, the third person would have to sleep on a sofa bed, Once the bed opened, hardly any standing room.

nice desk staff and comfee beds,outside terrace and near the tube

No conditioner and flannels supplied plastic cups, and shower/bath tap that was awkward to aviod a soaking, no English language channels though they were advertisedovercrowded breakfast and husband thouht there was a lot of niose

location, 2min walk to the nearest metro. staff were very friendly. prices of drinks were very very good. room was lovely, spacious room, lovely view and very nice bathroom. stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed everything about it. would definitely stay here again!

I liked the location, the quick responce by the staff to some request
(some missing towels were immediately provided). Good restaurant, some
play space for the children.

Peraphs the room cleaning times were a little too late. One day (at the
end of the week) we come back to hotel earlier (by 15.00) and we had to
wait till 17.00 to have the room cleaned, We would have liked to have
some rest before.

The hotel was close to the Metro which allowed for easy access to all of Paris' tourist sites. Also numerous good bars, restaurants and bakery shops were within walking distance from the hotel.

location.It is in a quite neighbourhood , get a break from the tourist but is very convient to get into public transit.

I have met different hotel staff during our 3 week europe travel ,the staff in this hotel is the worst. They are polite but very cold . I stayed there for 4 nights still feeling like a stranger to the staff (even though 2 of them I have met several time )

Cleanliness and space : room was big enough for 3 persons which is rare
in Paris.Also the fact that metro is just a few steps away.

It was too far from main Paris attractions, although metro was very
close it always took us a long ride to go to the more lively area of
Paris. Breakfast is not included and is way too expensive. I asked for a
cappucino in the bar but they only had café au lait, which according to
the bar manager "is just the same". I wouldn't tell that to an
Italian...
