I loved everything except our property the actual park was brilliant and you could never be bored there everything you could wish for just be mindful the properties are not all you think they are until you get inside we must have been one of the unlucky ones entirely of pubs and restaurants and cafes to eat the food is beautiful

The walks along the river and the tranquility. Watching the black swans and water fowl. We found a lovely cafe Daisy's for a light lunch. There was nothing about Dawlish or Dawlish WRren that we dud not like.

Not all restaurants were open every night.

Not all restaurants were open every night. The ones open were very good. The accommodation was very clean. Appreciated fresh bottle of water every day and the home made cookies everyday. Extra milk, tea, and sugar outside bedrooms. A very nice touch.

Dawlish is a unique resort with magnificent red sandstone cliffs and the railway weaving its way through tunnels right by the sea. I ate at the Brunswick Arms and the Lansdowne public houses, both excellent. There are convenient buses and trains to take you to Teignmouth, Exeter and beyond.

Booked 2 nights at Warren View for a last minute Birthday getaway. Very clear instructions for check in. On arrival we could not beleive how clean this accommodation was. We had our small dog with us and it was great that there was a decking area around the caravan which was closed in for him to run around. The views were outstanding. I only wished it was summer time so we could sit out on the decking and enjoy the views with a glass of wine. A great stay. Look forward to visiting again.

Location is excellent. Almost unbeatable. Room with a view, as expected from a previous visit a year earlier. Staff fine. Decor is very dated, I would say to the 1970's or 80's, but we knew what to expect from last year, and the hotel is great value for money. I don't think you will find a Dawlish hotel - or anything else in the nearby vicinity - with cheaper rates. Good views of the sea, especially if you have a room on the upper floors.

Rob and Fiona are wonderful hosts. Very welcoming. Our room was huge and very comfortable. Plenty of tea, coffee, milk, water etc and the home made cookies were a lovely touch. Great variety at breakfast, nothing is too much trouble. The sea view from our balcony was fantastic. Excellent location to Dawlish Town down the hill. Would definitely recommend this lovely accommodation in a beautiful house. Thank you Rob and Fiona.

The glamming pod was different that is why we chose to stay in one. The bed was comfortable and to have table and chairs was good. Dawlish Warren is a lovely area to stay so this made our stay more pleasant. One nice touch from a lady,s point of view was the mirror. Swimming pool on site was lovely, the water was so warm, downside only allowed 1 hour in the pool.

The breakfast was very good with fruit, yogurt, cereals, nuts & seeds and a very good cooked selection as well. Our room had a wonderful view looking over Dawlish to the sea. The room also had extra little treats like cookies. Our hosts were very welcoming and gave us lots of information about the area.
