チェックイン当日、他の部屋に空きが無いかの質問に対して真摯な態度で接客していただき希望通りの部屋に宿泊出来、感謝しています。 ヨーロッパのホテルによくある事ですがやはり「水まわり」特にシャワーの出が悪かったです。また年末年始という事もあり夜中まで宿泊客が廊下で騒ぎうるさかった。 |

It has a nice location, I stayed at the royal park suite, the view of the Hyde Park was excelent. The hotel is excelent but needs remodeling, it could easely be a five star. |
