Staff Single room is too small to the extend that one move aroun with great difficulty. this is the smallest hotel room I have ever seen in my life |

Clean modern rooms The hotel was over booked dispite me calling in the afternoon to let them know I would be arriving after 9.00pm. Fortunately their sister hotel was around the corner. Other than that pretty good experience |

Great location, funky lounge with free wifi access. I did only book a single, but the room I got has to be the tiniest room I've ever been in! Did the job, but it was a bit of a disappointment... |

Niced hotel, nice neighborhood´,everything was ok. At first we were placed to basement floor where the roomwas very nice but tiny and didn´t have air at all. Luckily they changed us to club room on the ground floor that was very good. |

They upgraded my room when they realised that we were going to be staying there for 15 days.It is in a great area and only a stones throw form Hyde Park and two tube stations.The rooms were cleaned well everyday and the rooms themselves were reasonably new. The rooms are very small,especially the single rooms but then it is London and that is the case everywhere.If you were tall the shower would be a real struggle.Book one of the larger double rooms and all will be great. |

We had chocolates and drinks for free in our hotel rooms: we got an upgrade although we had booked a cheaper category. Great bathroom and cosmetic products. The bedroom was a bit dark and the air conditioning didn`t work as well. |

Lovely location. Easy access to Notting Hill and good restaurants on Westbourne Grove. Good access to transport, near Bayswater and Queensway tube stations, and also buses on Bayswater Road and Westbourne Grove. The room itself was a Deluxe Double, extremely small but extremely comfortable and clean. Good bathroom. Hotel building in good condition and no bad smells like in many London Hotels. Room was a bit small but was not really a problem for us as a couple. Shower was also a little small. Check in was a bit slow. |

The location is good, only 5-10 minutes walk to the tube staions and lovely Hyde Park. Also good shopping on Queensway. Like most hotels in London the prices are a real rip-off. We had what was a "clubroom", so we expected something special. The room was indeed nice but very small, only just enough room to squeeze between the double bed and the walls, and other furniture. Insufficient storage space, half the wardrobe was filled up with an unnecessary ironing board, which should have been "on request" only. |
