The annexe is self catering with plenty of provisions provided for a cooked or continental breakfast. It comprises of a king sized bed in a spacious room with dining area. There is a large wall mounted HD television with Sky connection. Free WiFi access. The en-suite bathroom with underfloor heating has a stylish contemporary bath and shower. My daughter and I train racehorses as well as running the annexe. We make sure it is scrupulously clean and welcoming with flowers and added extras. I love gardening and try to make sure the surroundings look as inviting as possible. There is a marvellous pub over the road so no need to drive after your meal! Chichester provides plenty to do and see including the prestigious Festival Theatre and Cathedral. There are numerous events held at Goodwood including the Festival of Speed Revival and Glorious Goodwood for horse racing. Goodwood golf course is just up the road.

Souters Cottage annexe is situated in the quiet village of East Lavant close to Chichester and Goodwood. There is a superb pub close by and another half a mile away. Chichester has numerous interesting shops and restaurants., together with a wonderful cathedral and the prestigious Festival Theatre. Goodwood Estate holds The Festival of Speed, Revival and Horse racing.
