A fabulous place to stay. Accommodation, breakfast and views great. Hosts exceedingly welcoming and helpful. The best place we have stayed whilst travelling in the UK for three weeks. Would recommend the Gables to anyone travelling to the Peak district.

Set in the beautiful Derbyshire countryside, The Gables Bed & Breakfast is surrounded by stunning views of Derwent Valley. Newly renovated, it has free parking on-site and free Wi-Fi access. Each of the rooms within The Gables has its own unique design and features a TV, a fantastic garden view and an private bathroom with a shower. A breakfast is served within the dining room in the morning. Using locally-sourced ingredients, guests have a selection of continental and traditional dishes available to them. Vegetarian options are also on offer. Within the heart of the Peak District, local attractions include Gulliver’s Kingdom, which is 7 minutes’ drive away. Also nearby are the Heights of Abraham and The Masson Caves, less than 3 miles away.
