Great central location, but not noisy. Spotlessly clean rooms with everything we could need. We weren’t sure what to expect for such a reasonable price but couldn’t fault it.

If you go to London do not miss the convenience of free Museums! Even if you are not a fan of the Arts, you will enjoy yourself in each of them! Shops in Museums happen to be cheaper than the gift shops around the Museums. If you like shopping and cheap food go to Candem. Public transport is superb! Food in markets is cheaper too!

There is so much to see and do in London depending on what floats your boat. You can hop on a sight seeing bus or if you would prefer go on a Thames river cruise. You can also go to the theatre and watch a show. Literally there is loads to do! Also it is very easy to get around London with easy access to public transport.

We loved London, we are from a rural area so wasnt too sure what to expect of it. Tube was easy enough to navigate (google maps was helpful told you how many stops you'd say on for etc) and if we were unsure the people at stations were very helpful. There was so much to see and do. We stayed near Tower Bridge which was nice but probably should have stayed in other areas, we struggled to find little quirky restaurants etc to eat in but google has so many options we weren't sure where or what to look at. Loved Soho/China Town area which had many more options. Definitely worth researching what you want to do and plan a little - we had a very lose plan which was fine but definitely could have been more organized which might have helped us pick better locations for where to stay or even eat etc. We didnt go into many attractions more a quick tour but would definitely go back to explore in more depth.

London was hot - 34 degrees! Many people like me took advantage of advertised luggage storage facilities but these were in busy corner shops with competitive prices average £5 per bag and some were an 8 minute walk from train station as hotel check-in not until 15.00. Had to pre-book online and one company added £3.50 on top of baggage fee! London is always over crowded especially places like Oxford Circus/ Piccadilly Circus. Felt there were many more homeless people congregating at train stations. Better to put shopping inside a non advertised bag.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in London, and it was a memorable experience. i attended a conference at Excel London. The city’s charm, history, and vibrant energy made every day exciting. My accommodation was comfortable and conveniently located, making it easy to explore the city. Public transport was efficient. The variety of food—ranging from traditional English breakfasts to international cuisine—was impressive. Though London can be a bit pricey, the experience was well worth it.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Dorsett Apartments – an ideal location in Notting Hill, undoubtedly one of the best districts in London. The studios are perfectly equipped, the beds spacious and comfortable, and the staff among the friendliest and most helpful I’ve ever encountered in any London hotel. Every need was met with care and attention.
