The location was perfect, we could walk to wonderful restaurants. The property and facilities were perfect, and the owners were kind, helpful and friendly. Also, the breakfast was outstanding, this was the best breakfast we had on our whole vacation! Homemade, fresh (literally, apricit jam from the trees on the property!). I would love to come again, and I highly recommend to others.

Located in Kalo Nero, one of the most beautiful beaches of Kyparissia, this small, family-run resort is just 20 feet from the beach, in an area of 7 acres. It offers a buffet breakfast of local products and free Wi-Fi access. All the apartments have fully equipped kitchen, an LCD TV, and mosquito nets.The apartments have large balconies and verandas overlooking the Ionian Sea and the nearby mountains. On the right side of the apartments, there is a 12 mi-long beach in which there is no other hotel. On the left side, only a 5-minute walk away, there is the main beach in which there are bars, taverns, mini-markets and nightlife. It is a place where pine trees are combined with sea, fishing, swimming, walking and romantic sunsets. Guests may enjoy their drinks at the on site bar, while al fresco meals are served at the property's restaurant. At the reception guests can get detailed information about the activities in Messinia. A few supermarkets are located nearby. Free private parking is offered at the hotel.

We have embodied to our Place, any good practice, idea or information we met in Hotels worldwide. We differ for : Comfortable Anatomical Simmon's Matresses, Breakfast constisted of local fresh home-made products, friendly atmosphere and cleanigless. Our moto is to make you feel like home, away from home. We beleive the Philosofy of the Ancient Greek Hospitality- Philoxenia. Live some moments with it.

We Kostas and Rena, run this property for 9 years, I make my own Cabernet wine, which you will have the opportunity to taste. My vineyard is two miles away. We are in the middle of many sightseeings, archaeologiacal sites, natural landmarks, monasterries, Castles, museums, Unique beaches. We are outside the village kalo Nero, a seaside retreat with mini markets, bakery, fruit shop, tavernas with fresh fishes and coffe shops. Our breakfast is home made with pure, fresh local products. When you step here you will feel the serenity and tranquillity of the place, you feel the energy of the nature and good aura of us. We have a huge garden with a playing ground in it, in which your kids can play with safety. In front of our Resort the turtles Caretta - Longheads are nesting from May to September. The place is ideal, for swimming, walking, fishing, sun bathing,diving. All apartments have a unique colour and are named after Iris, the messenger of Gods and humans. The apartments are well appointed with Sea View. They are tastefully furnished and they combine the comfort with luxury. All rooms are fitted with a card cut-electricity system and have been furnished to the highest point.
