The BnB is excellently located within close walking distance of the Old City and the main shopping area. Joy and Evan Yisrael serve an absolutely fantastic (and voluminous!) breakfast and were a great resource for local sights and information. The studio is in a building hundreds of years old and has a great historical feel.

Safed has the magic of serenity and spirituality in every corner. It’s in the buildings, nature, narrow streets, local shops, food, and people. It felt like an extension of Jerusalem. Driving in Safed is tough as the streets are narrow and sometimes there are two way roads which are too narrow for two cars. Parking in the city is tough. There are plenty of kosher restaurants in the city.

The first place in Israel, which itself introduced me to itself, led me. If you understand what I mean. Wonderful atmosphere, and in the old town, and in the colony of artists, and in the mountains in the vicinity. I will definitely come back, and definitely recommend to visit, and definitely for a few days.

We went to Rashbi in Meron, the horse stables and Techelet of Safed.
I went to the Museum Meiri, tried hard to find the Museum of the Bible,
with no success. Ate both days at Mendi's, food was good and tasty.

On one hand, full of history, mysticism, spirituality, and surrounded by much natural beauty. On the othe hand, the city doesn't seem to be very tourist oriented. E.g. all businesses closed from Friday noon until Sunday morning.
With a bit of homework, Safed is totally worth a couple of days visit.
The location of this inn was fantastic! There were wonderful views of the mountains and cities surrounding the area. There were multiple seating areas to enjoy the outside spaces, and we had a private terrace that we used often during our stay. The directions for parking and having a free place to keep our car nearby was wonderful. The owners of the inn were very helpful, easy to communicate with and just lovely. The full Israeli breakfast spread, hot cappuccino and other drinks as well as the personalized service was so enjoyable.
This apartment is really nice and huge. Kitchen is ok, coffee capsules were in place, bathroom is also clean, also with washing machine. Main room is really big, with sofa, 2 tables, chairs and everything you need to have relaxed time after long day. Everything was clean and worked well. Part of this accomodation is also big terrace with amazing view, it is amazing place where to eat and have coffee. You are in the centre of Safed so everything is close. Communication before arrival was smooth and fast.
Tzafat is a magicalplace and location of our place is the best - in the artist quarter and just minutes walk to the old city. Also a short walk to the more modern parts of Tzafat with cafes, restaurants etc. We had an upstairs unit that had a terrace with a spectacular view. Lori totally helped us arrange transportation when our daughter who is serving as a Lone Soldier in the IDF was unexpectedly required to return to her base.
Rikki and Dov are the most devoted hosts one could wish for. Not only do they take lots of time to advise on day trips and local hidden gems, they are extremely accomodating. Staying with them is not an average hotel experience. They pour their hearts and souls into the Safed Inn and their visitors and they make you feel at home.
I thought the room was in the community and we could walk out at night to eat but iwe needed to drive to Rosh Pina anout 20 mins away to eat. There was no breakfast This is not an hotel but appartment with a large upprer room, a small bedroom with a valley view. There was free parking outside The hosts were charming.
Stunning accomodation!
A haven of peace and tranquility in one of the most beautiful locations in Israel.
Brimming with authenticity and character.
Host redefined hospitality.
Information provided on wonderful things to do in town including artists galleries, walking tours of local archaeology, etc.
Breakfast was good, though it could be better with more choices and dishes. they did honor my spouse request for vegan food. I was expecting richer serving.
the location was great, near the main interesting area just by walking. incredibly beautiful and with authentic atmosphere.
I love the European style interior design, the cozy atmosphere of the hotel and the stunning view. The outdoor area, the garden and swimming pool are great
