The staff was really nice and the communication via whatsapp was very fast. They were kind enough to let us leave the luggage at the reception for two days while we were visiting Florence, which was very convenient. The room was very cosy. We are very grateful.

i liked that the owner helped us with storing our luggage before check in time, also the fact that we had the self check in, i found it really easy and quick; the room and the bathroom were clean, some coffee, tea, jam and nutella in the room so you can have a snack; breakfast was in a box delivered in the morning, pretty normal for b&b in Rome and it was quite tasty; also, remember to have exact change to pay the city tax at the housing (3,5€ per person/per night) but even if you don’t, we were able to pay via bank transfer; in addition to that, the location is really close to termini train station;

the apratment is safety, no need to concern about the safety. the room is fit enough for 1 person it’s clean. and it’s near to the sightseeings such as colossium you can walk through i’m so impressed and would recommend to stay here for sure !

Room is just big enough and very functional - you have all of what you need and I never felt like I couldn’t find something that should’ve been there. It was clean, aircon and wifi worked great, was quiet and a great location. Check-in was a breeze even though reception only opened for a limited time. To enter the property, you do it with digital lock on your phone, which I liked but can see people who aren’t tech-savvy/don’t have working internet not liking it.
