We liked the location very much. Via Venetto is such a luxurious and
elegant street, very close to everything you have to visit in Rome
(Trevi, Spanish steps, Piazza di Spagnia, Piazza Barberini, Via
Condotti, Villa Borgese). The crew (all of them, including those of the
restaurant out of the hotel) was kind and helpful, it was very clean and
tidy, the breakfast was very good.

The maids make so much noise while cleaning near-by rooms even very
early in the morning. Apart prom that, everything was perfect and
ecpecially one of the receptionists joseph, who was very kind and
extremelly helpful.

The room and associated features are excellent. The staff are approachable and helpful. There was an extremely warm welcome and we were found an esxcellent balcony room on request. A spacious air-conditioned lounge area was a very good place for meeting guests and hanging out.

The breakfast - very poor choice of bread, no fresh fruit or fruit juice, badly cooked scrambled eggs. We were lucky to have an excellent room with a balcony. Another room we saw was not so good for the price.

Desk staff very helpful

The rome we were upgraded to aat the front of the hotel was noisy due to a grating in the road, every car that went over made a noise. Ask for a room at the back.

Location is good at Via Veneto.

Breakfast selection was poor. The juices tasted diluted with water, the coffee was stale.
