Podere la Piscina is an ancient stone structure located in the countryside of San Casciano dei Bagni, one of the most famous villages in the Val d'Orcia. The Podere is made up of 5 elegant bedrooms and a thermal pool with spring water. At guests' disposal there are also common areas such as the gym, the sauna, two large lounges and the laundry area. The use of the kitchen is reserved for guests who will rent the entire property.
Podere la Piscina is located in the San Casciano dei Bagni countryside. The center of the Borgo is easily reachable by car or with a short walk. San Casciano dei Bagni is part of the association "Most beautiful villages in Italy". We recommend you to visit it, paying particular attention to historical architecture such as the Church of Santa Maria della Colonna and the Castello di Fighine. But also to the countless thermal springs, one of which is right inside the Podere. In the restaurants and taverns in the area you can taste all the specialties of the Val d’Orcia such as Chianina, Cinta Senese, Pici, Ciaffagnoni and truffles, without forgetting olive oil and Chianti wine. We recommend that you reach the Podere by car, so that you can move around the surrounding area as freely and comfortably as possible. In any case, in the center of San Casciano dei Bagni you will find the bus station.
